What to Watch: Exotic Thai Recipes with Giada and a Dessert Luau on Iron Chef America

Tune in to all new episodes of The Pioneer Woman, Farmhouse Rules and The Kitchen this Saturday. On The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond's making a Tex-Mex feast for the construction team workers as she unveils the two new entrances at her building. On Farmhouse Rules, Nancy Fuller and her husband, David are having date night at the drive-in and The Kitchen hosts are trying a new twist on the classic stuffed tomato and answering questions on a viewer video edition of The Kitchen Helpline. On a new episode of Iron Chef America, pastry-chefs are paired with Iron Chefs for a dessert-themed luau.

On Sunday, Damaris Phillips continues her tradition of the $30 date on Southern at Heart. Giada De Laurentiis cooks up an exotic Thai meal on Giada at Home, and Guy Fieri joins forces with Chef Jonathan Waxman to recreate some favorite Mexican dishes on Guy's Big Bite.

Finally, get ready for some serious competition on Sunday evening with a new episode of Guy's Grocery Games, followed by a brand new episode of Food Network Star. Afterward, catch a new episode of Cutthroat Kitchen.

It's a big day of unveiling down at the building Ree's been renovating. She's making a Tex-Mex themed celebration lunch of Chipotle Chicken Chili, Cheesey Chile Muffins, Caramel Brownies and Mexican Punch for the building team and construction workers to enjoy when the covers come off two new entrances.

Nancy and her husband, David, are having date night and Nancy is cooking up a meal that harkens back to their teenage years. After a trip to her friend Fred's farm for fresh ice cream, she makes a Cola Milkshake with cherry whipped cream. She also makes All-American Double Patty Cheeseburgers with Nancy's Special Sauce and spicy Beer-Battered Curly Fries with Roasted Onion Dip for their night at the drive-in movie theater.

This episode starts out with a viewer video edition of The Kitchen Helpline. Geoffrey Zakarian kicks things off with an awesome alternative to barbecue sauce with his charred chimichurri. Plus, find out if it's better to DIY or buy when it comes to croutons and hot sauce. Our hosts update the classic stuffed tomato, and Geoffrey's got a honey gin cocktail that's the Bee's Knees!

Iron Chefs paired with pastry-chef maestros conjure up tropical desserts. Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and Johnny Iuzzini take on the team of Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian and Elizabeth Falkner. Judges are Judy Joo, Michael Ruhlman and Sherry Yard.

Damaris has a tradition: the $30 date, which must last a minimum of five hours and include a meal. For this date, Damaris plans a romantic picnic. She transforms leftover fried chicken into mouth-watering Fried Chicken Salad Sandwiches. She brightens up her basket with a salad dressed with an Asian vinaigrette and finishes the meal with decadent Chocolate Mason Jars. It's the perfect meal for a memorable date.

Giada is inspired by her recent trip to Thailand to create an exotic dinner at home. The menu features Thai Curry, Naked Spring Rolls and a sweet Thai Iced Tea.

Guy and Chef Jonathan may have different cooking styles, but they both love great Mexican food. Join them as they recreate some of their favorite flavors, sharing their own cooking tips and techniques along the way. The menu features Tortas Ahogadas, braised pork sandwiches "drowned" in a spicy tomato sauce; a Roasted Beet Salad with Chickpeas and Red Onion; and the Pink Sombrero, a tequila cocktail with grapefruit juice and basil syrup. Delicioso!

The classic dish mac and cheese gets a challenging twist in the first game, Aisle Down. Then, the chicken dinner sheds some pounds in Watch Your Weight. In the final game, there's romance in the air, as the chefs must make a romantic meal — but their shopping efforts are thwarted when Guy pulls the ol' switcheroo in Cart Swap.

A Food Network Star must be able to teach home viewers how to prepare great meals. In the Mentor Challenge, Alton Brown challenges the finalists to teach him how to make one of his own recipes. Then for the Star Challenge, the finalists must create a video demonstrating one of their own dishes for the home viewer. What they don't know is that Chef Alex Guarnaschelli will be playing along, trying to make the dish. After Alex is revealed to the finalists, she helps the Selection Committee decide who will be sent home.
