The beauty of nachos is that, unlike dishes that require a certain set of ingredients, there are no rules for creating the ultimate plate. Chips, cheese, maybe a meat and something creamy — that's all that's expected, and beyond that, it's up to you to customize the platter however you see fit with whatever you happen to have on hand. On yesterday's brand-new episode of Guilty Pleasures, Katie Lee showed off a wow-worthy platter of chorizo nachos, one so impressive that it's sure to incite "table envy" from those dining near you.

By now you know that we're big fans of the #putaneggonit trend, so it's no surprise that @primal_gourmet's sunny-side-up beauties caught our eye. There are also heaps of steak, guacamole and crema piled atop this monstrous platter.
@gwennybears calls these nachos "drool-worthy," and we're inclined to agree. Just look at those creamy avocado cubes.
Big applause for @heiny26 for thinking outside the box when it comes to the all-important chip component of nachos; she opted for pita chips instead of classic tortillas.
We admit it: We've never before thought to build nachos in a cup. But after seeing this shot from @pinoyfoodwriter, we just may have to try it (read: we definitely will try it).
Not all nachos have to be topped with the classic stewed-beef mixture, as @rachelmumolo proves with a layer of hearty chicken.
