Simple and traditional versus splashy and … mechanical? We're talking dessert design here, and only one style will take the cake.

Drew Scott, of HGTV’s Property Brothers, and Linda Phan are headed to Food Network for an all-new special Wedding Cake Countdown (premiering Monday, June 25 at 8:30|7:30c). The special episode will follow the couple as they hunt for the wedding cake of their dreams and prepare for the big day.

The bride-to-be is looking for a cake that will reflect the clean, glamorous style of their home while our groom is hoping to make a bold statement that will wow their guests. Together, Drew and Linda will go from bakery to bakery searching for the ultimate wedding cake baker to bring their creation to life.

Keep up with the conversation using #WeddingCakeCountdown.
