Banana Popsicles

Mari makes guilt-free dark chocolate popsicles with one of our favorite fruits: bananas.

Ingredients

6 small bananas

6 skewers 

1 cup nuts 

1 cup dried fruit 

180 grams dark chocolate 

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and skewer them one by one. Wrap the bananas in plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer for at least an hour.
  2. Pulse the nuts and dried fruit in a food processor until the mixture resembles crumbs. 
  3. Using the double-boiler method, melt the dark chocolate. 
  4. Set up a dipping station by spreading the crumbs out on a plate. 
  5. Unwrap the bananas, dip each one in the dark chocolate, and roll in the crumbs before the chocolate sets. Gently put aside and store in the freezer in an airtight container.
