Ingredients

1 stale loaf of bread

2 cloves garlic, minced 

2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice the bread into 1-inch cubes. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toss with the garlic and olive oil.  
  3. Bake about 15 minutes until golden, tossing about halfway through baking. Let cool.  
  4. Store in an airtight container.
