Ingredients

One 15.25-ounce box white cake mix, such as Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic White

3 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup Milky Way Original Minis

1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures

1 cup Butterfinger Bites

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat the cake mix, eggs, oil, peanut butter and salt at low speed in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until incorporated, about 3 minutes. Add the candy, and beat until incorporated, about 30 seconds.
  3. Line a 9-by-9-inch baking dish with heavy-duty aluminum foil, allowing 2 to 3 inches to extend over the sides; lightly grease the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared baking dish. Place a piece of parchment paper directly on the dough, pressing to flatten it. Spread dried rice or dried beans on the parchment to weigh down the dough. Bake, pressing down on the rice or beans with a spatula every 15 to 20 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the bars comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes total.
  5. Transfer the baking dish to a wire rack, discard the parchment and rice or beans, and cool for 2 hours before cutting the bars into squares or triangles.
