Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives  

3 tablespoons dried parsley 

1 clove garlic 

1 tablespoon onion powder 

1 teaspoon kosher salt 

2 cups cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained 

Directions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, chives, parsley, garlic, onion powder and salt in a blender and blend until incorporated. Add the cashews and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the ranch to a serving bowl.
