1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/3 cup sliced frozen banana  

1/2 cup frozen blueberries 

2 tablespoons butterfly pea powder 

3/4 cup coconut milk, can shaken to combine the fat and milk 

Toasted shredded coconut, for topping (optional) 

Sliced or diced kiwi, for topping (optional) 

Diced red dragon fruit, for topping (optional) 

Goji berries, for topping (optional) 


  1. Combine all of the frozen fruit with the butterfly pea powder and 1/2 cup of the coconut milk in a blender; blend until smooth. Blend in more coconut milk, as needed, to make the mixture smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with your desired garnishes.
