Watermelon Granita

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cubed seedless watermelon

1/3 cup water 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

2 tablespoons honey 

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer. Scrape the mixture with a fork every 2 hours to create a shaved ice texture, then serve.
