When: I try to eat within an hour of when I wake up — usually around 9 a.m. I typically have coffee first, curled up on the couch. Breakfast is usually at the kitchen table.The usual: Peanut butter toast with a banana, or a scrambled egg wrap on a whole-wheat tortilla with feta cheese.Guilty-pleasure cereal: Frosted Flakes with whole milk. I've loved it since I was a child.
