Want more proof that celebrities are just like us? They eat lunch! Yes, it’s true. It’s not just us plebs who take time to consume a midday meal. Health-conscious celebrities also take out their Tupperware and foil to wrap up their lunches — or mindfully (or not) order off the menu.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth whipped up a spicy roasted tomato-chipotle salsa on The Rachel Ray Show. Also, we’re pretty sure Gwyneth eats (or would eat) any of the fantastic and healthy recipes featured on her lifestyle website, Goop. This Easy Miso Chicken Salad looks like one we’d try.

Khloe Kardashian

Khloe eats salad and water, according to an Instagram photo snapped by big sis Kourtney. But before we jump to “she doesn’t eat” conclusions, consider this meal Khloe snagged at Chipotle in August: a chicken bowl, extra guac and water.

Tara Lipinski

The former Olympic figure skater and current lifestyle blogger at EssentiallyTara.com is calorie-conscious, and that shows in her portions. She told People that her go-to lunch at Los Angeles restaurant Lemonade is a half-portion of the grilled salmon with Brussels sprouts salad.

Bella Thorne

Scream star Bella Thorne is all about intense flavor experiences — she loves garlic so much that she’s been known to eat it raw, and she can eat lemons like it’s no big thing. But when it comes to lunch, she’ll pass on salad; give her a cheeseburger with avocado or some chicken wings and she’ll be happy.

Kendall Jenner

This supermodel’s food log on Wine 'n Dine shows her love of pizza, sushi, egg sandwiches and ice cream. During Fashion Week, though, her diet tends to lean more toward detox tea and apples, veggies and lean protein.

Jennifer Lawrence

It’s no secret that the Hunger Games star loves her food. She’s ordered a Happy Meal from the red carpet, chowed down on a roast beef sandwich for lunch with former beau Chris Martin, and talked about the panini, wrap and crackers she ate at Comic-Con that still somehow left her hungry.
