Your quarantine plans just got a whole lot better.

Sometimes I find myself wondering: How are other people spending their quarantine? Oprah, for example. Is she cooking? Does she go for walks every day? Does she break down and eat an entire bag of Doritos in one sitting on a Wednesday night? That last one is doubtful, I admit.
Earlier this year, Oprah embarked on a nine-stop wellness-focused 2020 Vision Tour with WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers). With guest speakers like Jennifer Lopez, the Rock and Michelle Obama on the tour, it goes without saying that tickets sold out and lives were changed. Now, Oprah and WW are offering a similar experience to all of us from the comfort of our own couches — for free.
Starting May 16, WW is taking Oprah's tour virtual. For four Saturdays in a row, Oprah's Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward, a virtual experience inspired by her original wellness tour, is coming to a screen near you.
If this tour is anything like the original, we expect to hear moving personal stories from Oprah that motivate and inspire us to live our best lives, even on the really hard days. (On a personal level, I also hope to find out what Oprah's go-to quarantine snack is and how she's getting groceries delivered. Who is the lucky Instacart shopper that gets to visit Oprah's house?!) WW also promises at-home wellness experiences and advice from wellness leaders to give you tools to keep up the healthy habits you learn about.
"Now, it’s more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let’s reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most," Oprah said in a press release.
Anyone interested in participating can register at ww.com/oprah for free. After registering, participants will receive an email with information on how to access the tour and a workbook for each session.
