Before they open for sales, the team members make the meatballs for their signature dish and get ready for an influx of business, if all goes well.

In order to gain an advantage, the team members had to be the first to sell $200 of their signature dish on the Santa Monica Pier. "We're go-getters, we're hustlers, we're salesman," Adam says of himself and Benny. They sell two for $12.

After Spice It Up won the challenge, the guys had to stop selling. With $176 plus $66 from Tyler for their seed money, the Diso's team packs it up and heads to the first stop on the route, Lake Havasu City, Ariz.

Late to get into town, the team notices many of the other teams have great locations already staked. They end up finding a spot in a park. "We just need to start selling," says Adam, on the lookout for customers.

It's full speed ahead as everyone pitches in to help assemble Diso's classic meatball sliders. Danamarie is all smiles as the line keeps growing and the orders are coming in.

"We're coming out swinging today," Adam tells his teammates as they get ready for their second day in Lake Havasu City. Then Tyler calls with a Truck Stop challenge. The teams now must sell fish and chips. The first team to sell 20 dishes will get an additional $500.

Deciding not to go shopping, but to instead use the produce they already have, the team saves on time. "Orders are just flying out the window," says Danamarie after they open. Tyler calls to let everyone know Diso's has won the challenge.

Moving on to Flagstaff and then Sedona, the Diso's team has no problem talking up its product, but customers don't seem to be that interested. "They're trickling in, steady to below average," says Adam.

Despite losing out on an opportunity for an hour head start in Flagstaff, the team is up for Tyler's next Truck Stop challenge, which will have all the teams cooking rattlesnake-and-rabbit sausage.

After prepping their sausage-and-pepper sandwiches, Diso's is the first truck out of the gate. Luckily they run into a tour group and make a number of sales at once as Adam works his salesman magic.

Despite making the second-most sales in the Truck Stop challenge, the team makes the least sales overall, and does not move on to Santa Fe, N.M. "I didn't expect to go home this early," says Danamarie.
