The team finds that its original location at the Bassmaster Fishing Tournament isn't working out, so the team takes a spot near London Bridge, which works out better.

In Flagstaff, Ariz., Tyler surprises the teams with a new challenge, one that will have them selling a cowboy delicacy that they must sell without their trucks.

Greg grills the rattlesnake-and-rabbit sausages, which he's serving in a wrap with mac and cheese and collard greens.

After making as many sales as they can, the team members pay the chef who created the sausages and head back to the truck. Unfortunately the team lands in the bottom three at the end of the weekend.

Moving on to Santa Fe, N.M., the team wins a chile-cooking challenge with its dish of Southern chicken and apple sausage soup with cornbread. With $1,000 added to the till, the team is well-off — until a surprise incident.

Unfortunately Mo grazes a car while trying to parallel park the truck. Greg decides to find a new spot, and Grae worries their lead will count for nothing, so she hustles up sales. Tyler ends up docking them $500.

Challenged with making a steak special in Amarillo, Texas, Greg finds making his Southern-fried steak takes longer than he expected, and the team ends up losing a lot of impatient customers.

On their second day in Texas, the team members try to make up for slow sales the day before, but a Speed Bump challenge forces Greg to run the truck alone. Unfortunately the team is eliminated for having the lowest sales.
