How to Make a Chocolate Clearing Facial

3 tablespoons oatmeal

1/2 cup powdered unsweetened cocoa

1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and removed from skin

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup heavy cream, plus a little bit to adjust consistency

1 tablespoon cottage cheese

Put oatmeal in a blender and grind until it is a fine powder. Combine the oatmeal powder in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined, use the back of a spoon to work in the avocado. Add a splash more of heavy cream if the mixture is too stiff, it should be the consistency of frosting. Using your fingertips gently apply the mixture to your face keeping clear of you eye lids and the delicate skin under the eye. Keep on for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
