2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

  1. In medium bowl combine artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Spread in lightly greased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers.
