I chose this recipe for a beautiful smoked ham we had, based on the good reviews for it that spanned many years. It came out as well as I could have hoped - tasty, not dried out, and beautiful to look at before carving. You don't taste the vinegar at all in the glaze. I'll definitely choose this one again. It's awesome, too, in how easy it is.
