Bistecca Fiorentina

4 (12 ounce) Porterhouse-cut steaks

Salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Place the steaks on a very hot grill, and cook for approximately 4 1/2 minutes per side. The exact time will depend on how well done you like your steak. Be sure to flip the steaks over only once.
  2. Remove the steaks from the grill, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
