Apple and Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie

This recipe has a secret ingredient: oats. The filling breakfast smoothie as all the flavors of a good bowl of oatmeal, but with none of the cooking involved (and you can drink it on the go!). It's thick and creamy, will keep you full until lunch and is easy to prepare on a busy morning.

3/4 cup non-fat milk

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 medium apple, cored and roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Combine the milk, oats, yogurt, apple, cinnamon and 3 ice cubes in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
