Lightly coat filets with grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper on each side.
Grill steaks about 8 minutes per side (5 minutes per side for rare), basting with HERDEZ Salsa Verde.
Once seared, transfer to saute pan with HERDEZ Salsa Verde. Top with Oaxaca cheese and place in oven until cheese melts.
Remove steaks from oven and transfer to plate. Spoon HERDEZ Guacamole Salsa
For perfect steaks, turn only once!
