Cheddar with Beer Spread

1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Dash of cayenne pepper

1/3 cup Belgian beer


  1. In a mixing bowl combine the cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, cayenne, and stir until well combined. Gradually add the beer until a nice paste has formed and is a spreading consistency. Spread on crusty bread or crackers of your choice.;
