Chicken Chili Dogs

4 long Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 red onion, finely chopped, save some for garnish

1 yellow bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 (14-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 (15-ounce) can pink beans, rinsed and drained

4 hot dog buns


  1. Prepare Crispy Chicken Strips according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add the onion, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and chili powder and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes and beans. Simmer until the chicken is ready.
  3. Divide the chicken strips among the hot dog buns. Top with the chili and garnish with red onion.
