Chili BBQ'd Chicken Wings with Bush's Black Bean Fiesta Grillin' Beans

1/2 cup chili powder

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/3 cup cider vinegar

3 Tbsp vegetable oil, plus for grilling

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

6 pounds chicken wings, about 2 dozen

  1. Whisk the chili powder, sugar, cayenne, vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a bowl to make thick paste.
  2. Pat the wings dry, remove wing tips and discard. Put the wings in a large re-sealable plastic bag with half the paste; seal, and toss wings in bag to evenly cover with the mixture. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
  3. Prepare a grill with medium-high heat. Lightly brush grates with oil. Evenly arrange the wings on the grill, cook until crisp and just cooked through, 4-5 minutes per side. Brush the wings with the reserved rub and continue to grill for another 2 minutes. Transfer to a platter; serve with Bush's® Black Bean Fiesta Grillin' Beans®.
