Chutney-Glazed Cornish Hens

Ingredients

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 (8 1/2-ounce} jar (about 3/4 cup) mango chutney

Salt and pepper

4 pre-roasted Cornish Hens

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree. Brush the hens with the glaze. Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
