Ingredients
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
1 bell pepper, sliced
Salt and pepper
Directions
- In large bowl, whisk together the Dijon, cider vinegar, and canola oil. Add cabbage, carrot, and bell peppers and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
