Creamy Pesto Dip

Purchased pesto mingles with cream cheese and Pecorino Romano cheese in this delicious dip.

1/3 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)

Keebler® Town House® Pita Crackers Sea Salt

1 tablespoon pine nuts

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese

1/2 cup prepared pesto

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese


  1. 1. In small skillet heat pine nuts over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, shaking pan frequently. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  2. 2. In medium bowl stir together cream cheese, pesto, lemon juice, lemon peel and pepper. Stir in cheese and milk. Stir in salt (if desired). Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve with Keebler® Town House® Pita Crackers Sea Salt.
