1 pound cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cup coarsely chopped dill

1 tablespoon capers

2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper


  1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, dill, capers, lemon juice, lemon zest, and pepper. Stir until well combined. This can be made up to 3 days ahead and kept refrigerated in an airtight container.
