2 ounces bourbon or rye (use a little more or it will be tiny!)
Orange or lemon twist, for garnish
Bourbon-soaked cherry, for garnish
Put the sugar in a rocks glass and add the orange and Angostura bitters. Muddle until the sugar is broken down. Add 1 large ice cube, pour in the bourbon and spin with a bar spoon or any spoon you have. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.
