Combine all ingredients except toast slices. Spread onto toast slices. Special Extra: Add 2 tsp. harissa, a roasted red pepper sauce, to the egg salad before spreading onto toast slices. Look for harissa in specialty food stores. Special Extra: Garnish with additional sliced green onions before serving.
