Directions

  1. Dissolve 2 tablespoons honey in 1/4 cup boiling water. Puree 1 cup thawed frozen blueberries and 1/2 cup cold water in a blender. Pour the blueberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add up to 3 1/2 cups cold water and the dissolved honey to the pitcher and stir.

I read the 1 review with 1 star and thought I would add a little less water (about 3/4 cup less) and after it was all mixed together I added about 3 Tablespoons of sugar and the kids and I love it! It's very refreshing and simple and I had all the ingredients, just what I was looking for.
