Fig and Prosciutto Sandwiches

1 piece rosemary focaccia

3 fresh figs, cut in thin rounds

1 slice prosciutto

1 handful washed arugula

Olive oil

Freshly ground pepper


  1. Slice focaccia horizontally. Place layer of figs on 1 piece of focaccia. Top with a slice of prosciutto, and a handful of arugula. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with pepper. Press firmly on sandwich to flatten. Cut in half and serve.
