In response to cooking bulgar for an HOUR MINIMUM???? ***Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from the heat, stir in 1 cup of uncooked bulgur wheat and a pinch of salt. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes. Drain any excess liquid, fluff, and serve. If you want to increase the amount, just keep the ratio of 2 parts water to 1 part bulgur wheat.***<br />When I made this recipe I thought it turned out nicely. I added a bit of lemon zest and a tablespoon of lemon juice to make it a bit more tangy. (personal preference)
