Directions

  1. Tear the leaves off 1 bunch kale. Toss on a rimmed baking sheet with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 sliced garlic cloves, and salt and pepper. Roast in a 425 degrees F oven until crisp, about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Squeeze some lemon juice on top.

They will be burnt I made some with a bag of Kale chopped toss in bowl with olive oil salt and pepper spread evenly onto pan and cook at 400 for 10 mins...they are tender and crunchy and not burnt...my family loved them!
