Warm and Spicy Asian Broiled Brussels Sprouts

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Kosher salt

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sriracha

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 bunch cilantro leaves, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)


  1. Heat the broiler. Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and 1 teaspoon salt on a rimmed baking sheet. Broil until dark brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and the lime juice in a medium bowl. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the cilantro and serve.
