Fried Almonds

1/2 cup Spanish olive oil

4 ounces raw peeled almonds



  1. In a frying pan, combine the almonds and oil at room temperature. Place the pan on burner and slowly bring to a boil. When the almonds begin to brown, remove them to a colander to drain. Salt the almonds and serve warm but not hot.;
