Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1/2 cup lemon nonfat yogurt

1 medium banana or 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
