Ingredients

Granola

4 cups old-fashioned oats

2 cups grated coconut

1 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup granola cereal

1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup blueberries

Directions

  1. For the granola:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Toss all together and place onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In serving glasses, layer granola, yogurt, and fruit as desired. Serve immediately, or cover, and chill for up to 2 hours.
