BEAT egg with wire whisk in small microwaveable bowl. Stir in bacon and peppers. Microwave on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Let stand 1 min. or until egg is set and no visible liquid remains.

SPRAY medium skillet with cooking spray; add tortilla. Spoon egg mixture onto half of the tortilla; sprinkle with cheese. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until tortilla is lightly browned and cheese is melted.

FOLD tortilla in half to serve.

Add a little curl to your bacon, and make breakfast or other dishes even more special!

While bacon is still very warm right after draining on paper towels, wrap each cooked slice around the tines of a metal fork. Cool completely. Then, remove bacon curls from forks and use as a garnish for salads, potato and pasta dishes, and meat entrees.

Cook's Note

Serving Suggestion Serve with fresh fruit salad. Substitute Substitute 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the beaten fresh egg.
