Green Beans With Magic Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1 bunch green beans

Kosher salt

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Pinch crushed red pepper

2 cloves garlic, smashed

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a large saucepan over medium heat. Add green beans and saute, until just tender, about 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt to taste and remove from heat.
  2. Add soy sauce, tahini, honey, sesame oil, red pepper and garlic to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Drizzle mixture over beans and lightly toss to combine. Plate and serve.

Good lord.. so delicious! I used a bag of steamer Green beans for an easy mid week meal. My picky husband-who I struggle to find veggies he’ll eat- loved them.
