Grilled Bok Choy with Spicy Vinaigrette

2 heads bok choy, cleaned and sliced into serving pieces


1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon chili sauce

Salt and pepper

3/4 cup vegetable oil

2 scallions, chopped

2 tablespoons sesame seeds


  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, chili sauce and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in oil. Stir in scallions and sesame seeds.
  2. Heat grill and lay bok choy pieces on hot grill. Grill 2 to 5 minutes until crisp tender. Dress with vinaigrette.
