1 1/4 pounds tuna steak, trimmed and cut into 4 portions
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Parsley-Olive Relish (recipe follows)
Prepare a grill.
Rub all surfaces of the tuna with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill tuna until seared on both sides and just cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Serve with Parsley-Olive Relish and lemon wedges.
