Honeydew Juice

4-pound honeydew melon

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup water

2 tablespoons sugar or to taste


  1. Cut melon into wedges and remove seeds and rind. Cut melon into 1-inch pieces. In a blender combine half of melon with half of each remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth. Pour juice into a pitcher and repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
