Hummus and Grape Wraps

4 flour tortillas

½ cup hummus

4 small romaine lettuce leaves

4 slices Provolone or Havarti cheese

1 cup California grapes, halved


  1. Spread the hummus evenly on the tortillas. Top each with a lettuce leaf, a slice of cheese and a sprinkling of grapes. Roll them up like a burrito and serve, or wrap in plastic wrap and keep chilled until service.
