  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 pound unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup good apricot preserves


  • Combine the butter, apricot preserves, and salt in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Serve at room temperature.

This was simple and amazing! Make sure your butter is room temp Bc it will be very lumpy if u don't take my word for it It was still gobbled up on some creasing rolls I heated in oven like Ina. See All Reviews Post Review
