Ingredients

5 large fresh fig leaves

1/2 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and sliced 

1/2 cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded, and sliced 

1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, halved lengthwise, cored, and sliced 

6 to 8 fresh figs, halved 

1 pint fresh raspberries 

1 pint fresh blueberries 

Fresh mint sprigs 

Directions

  1. Place the fig leaves on a large, flat platter. Arrange the fruit artfully on top of the leaves and place the mint sprigs in the middle.
