Strawberry and Cream Popsicles

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced 

1/3 cup sugar 

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 

1 cup vanilla yogurt 


  1. Add the berries to a bowl and toss with the sugar and vanilla. Let sit out for 15 to 20 minutes so they get all juicy.
  2. Add to a blender or food processor, along with the yogurt, and puree until smooth. Divide the mixture into 6 popsicles molds. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
