Choose 2 clear glass containers. One should be slightly smaller than the other, so it fits inside. Prep 80-100 multicolored tulips by taking foliage off the stems. Line up tulips. Lay tulips flat and straight on the table. Grab them all together and rubber band them. Cut stems. Flowers should be double the height of the container. Put flowers aside. 

Assemble containers by placing smaller container inside larger one. Fill larger container to the top with jellybeans. Fill the smaller container one-half to three-quarters with water. Place the tulips in the smaller container.
