2 tortillas, store bought


Monterey jack cheese, grated

Red pepper, diced

Canned green chiles

Black olives, sliced


  1. Spread 2 tablespoons salsa over one side of tortilla. Top with cheese, red pepper, chiles and olives. Broil until cheese begins to bubble. Serve hot.
