1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Cut thin slice off top of garlic head to expose tops of all cloves; drizzle with oil. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet. 3. Bake 20 min.; cool 5 min. 4. Squeeze roasted garlic into small bowl; stir in dressing and lemon juice. Serving Suggestion: Serve with smoked sausage, grilled vegetables or as a spread for crostini.
