½ cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1-½ tsp. curry powder

8 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)

¼ cup water

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Mix dressing and curry powder until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat. Pour water into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add cauliflower. Bake 30 min. or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with chives. Food Facts: Curry powder is actually a blend of up to 20 different spices, herbs and seeds. For a spicier curry dish, choose Madras curry powder. Curry powder can lose its pungency after long storage. For best flavor, store it in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 2 months. Storage Know-How: Uncooked cauliflower can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Once cooked, the cauliflower can be refrigerated up to 3 days before using as desired.
